You may view, copy and print sections of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us.

Delivery Timetable

We aim to dispatch your bagofsweets as soon as possible. All Bagofsweets orders are sent out Monday – Friday. However our couriers DO NOT DELIVER at weekends. No orders are despatched over the weekend. Orders received over the weekend and bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

A typical delivery time is 2 -3 day (or quicker) from placing your order,(excluding weekends and bank holidays) however during busy periods this may take longer for example when there are special calendar dates i.e. Mothers day, Fathers day, Valentines and Christmas, we will do all we can to send your sweets as soon as possible - Thanks.

All our parcels will require a signature and any parcels that you have agreed to be left without one will be left at your own discretion and will not be the liability of bagofsweets if a parcel were to go missing.

Shipping

We use DHL for our courier service and Royal Mail for smaller parcels. For larger courier deliveries you will pay a maximum of £5.75 for most UK mainland deliveries. A signature will be required for all deliveries.

Royal Mail First and Second Class services are available for smaller orders (under 1KG). It is more economical for larger orders so it is cheaper to combine orders with friends and family.

For International orders we use Parcel Force Euro 48 and International Scheduled. At the checkout the postage costs will be worked out for you automatically.

All shipping charges are based upon gross weight (weight of the order plus packing), you will be informed of all shipping charges at the checkout BEFORE you make any payment.

Please note: We do our upmost to ensure that all sweets are hand weighed and hand packed so that they are sent in absolute perfect condition –

Credit Card Security

We accept credit card payment - this is handled by our secure online credit card processing facility with WorldPay. Please note we do not have any access to your sensitive information. We only receive confirmation from Worldpay that the transaction has been authorised. For further clarification please see the Worldpay Website. www.worldpay.com

Bagofsweets DOES NOT store any credit card details for any of its customers. Neither Bagofsweets nor any of its employees will ever see, or have access to your credit card details. We will use any personal information you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
