Delivery & Postage

We do not charge you for packaging. We only charge you what it costs us to send! We are keen to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum.

All smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail and the postage is calculated by weight. Any larger parcels are distributed via our courier service and the cost of this is a set fee of £5.95 for most mainland UK addresses. Please note this will be increased for any outer reach areas.

All deliveries have to be signed for. If you ask for your parcel to be left and are happy for no signature to be obtained Royal Mail, our courier company or Bagofsweets can't be held responsible for your package after it has been delivered.

At the checkout please state the delivery address, this can be your place of work or a neighbour. Please bear this in mind when placing an order as choosing the correct address will make sure your sweets arrive on time! PLEASE CHECK THE POSTCODE!

We are committed to high standards of service and our aim is to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timetable
We aim to dispatch your bagofsweets as soon as possible. All Bagofsweets orders are sent out Monday – Friday. However our couriers DO NOT DELIVER at weekends. No orders are dispatched over the weekend. Orders received over the weekend and bank holidays will be sent the next working day. A typical delivery time is 2-3 days from date of order. Ireland, Channel Islands and remote parts of Scotland may take longer so please allow 5 working days.

Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing your order and a full refund will be given.

If we have sent your parcel out and you have received your order and you still wish to cancel please return the parcel to us in its original condition with all sweets unopened and we will refund your money, minus the postage costs, providing the contents are in perfect condition.
